|First time clients are asked to provide proof of
residency and income. All food pantry recipients must re-certify
at their first visit of each new year. All adults and children
listed as residents of the household must provide the following:
1. Proof of Residency - Accepted items include a current bill with their name and the listed address or a current pay stub with the listed address. For children, please provide a letter from the school or current report card with their name and the listed address.
2. Verification of Income - Accepted items include a current pay stub, SSI/SSD statement, documentation from unemployment, tax return, or Medicaid card.
Documents must be brought to the first pantry visit, or we will not be able to provide you with pantry services until certification is complete.
You will also be asked to complete a GGCSA Customer Information Form. All information provided is confidential. You may also click here to print out the form at home. You may fill it out and bring it with you to your first visit to the pantry.
